Argentina and Chile

Okay folks,

I am going to Buenos Aires, Argentina and Santiago, Chile this December.

I would greatly appreciate any recommendations on where to go, what to watch out for, helpful hints, etc. for these two cities and the surrounding areas. Hopefully some of you cats have been down there.

I have never been to either place, but I know that there are some really good wineries in both countries. If you're into wine, that would be a cool thing to check out.
Chile- Veramonte, Los Vascos, Concha y Toro, Casa Lapostolle, Lots of others...
Argentina- Bodega Catena Zapata (Catena wines), Bodega Norton (Norton), Bodega la Rural (Trumpeter wines), also Lots of others....
