Possibly the hit of the year.

I had just finished my workout at the club and was waiting for my son to finish his workout. Had just sat down when that hit happened and immediately popped back out of my seat.

The really cool part was that I was watching it with John Thierry....you can imagine how that hit had him all jacked!
