Since 9/23, the Baron has posted twice. However, he has been lurking...

In his absence, Sparky has taken over as ruler of the seedy BP underworld.

The Baron will have to partake in a duel with the official BP flintlocks to regain his coveted title.

That is all.

Note: CCI is too seedy for the BP underworld and has his own underworld.

Nay. You would be in charge of a secret society with its own underground hideout if such a secret society existed...which it does NOT.

Therefore, Sparky is in charge of the not-very-secret seedy BP underworld...and CCI is in charge of the filthy BP underworld.

I assure you, BKB would be in charge of no such thing. I'm pretty sure he was demoted to doorman, or, at least, he would have been demoted to doorman, were there any such hideout, which, of course, there is not.

Oh, and I daresay, the Baron will have no need to partake in any duel upon his return. He's the Baron for God's sake...
