It looks like I am moving there in May. This will be a switch! Talk about a fish out of water. . .

Any knowledge of the city would be helpful. I need to choose where to live (probably a condo or whatever at first), if I will die there, if everyone will hate me, what to do, etc.

Gee you guys are really helping my decision.

I like big moves and huge changes of scenery. It keeps life interesting.

I hope.

And by "interesting" I don't want anything to involve my anus.

I liked the part where he called it a city.

Like Columbus? l mean come on. Every person living in a city thinks every city smaller (or, in the case of Columbus, without any big city type feel) is not a real city. You set the line. :)

But seriously...

The city was founded in 1778 by Ashley Huntington III, notorious banking tycoon and founder of the bank bearing his name. Major exports are crystal meth, coal, and teeth. Major imports are the stuff you use to make crystal meth and fence for securing falling rocks to the hillsides above highways.

Hope this helps.

I didn't steal the name "Ashley" for a dude from Eastbound and Down, in case anyone was wondering. In fourth grade, we were required to write kids from a school in N.C. for a pen pal thing. Let's just say I learned the hard way that a dude could be named Ashley.
