I was driving through there Friday and noticed that on a stretch
of Hilliard Rome Drive that all the streets were named after sneaker
companies. I saw a Nike, Reebok, Asics and Avia. Who came up with
that brilliant idea?

Its a well known fact Sammy. The Hilliard shoe district was named in remberance of the NBA shoe wars of the early 80's. The winner of these wars was honored by naming a small strip mall after it. The nike lounge still celebrates its victory by having Kareoke 5 nights a week. Its all common knowledge in these parts.

Heh heh...my brother used to be there almost every night until he got married. We've met many a foul beast at that place. You know a place is bad if Stoo Grimson and his brother are able to hook up with ladies there.
