. I believe they will take you to Dunnes River Falls, that's pretty cool.

You'll really enjoy it.
Dunnes River Falls is definitely worth going to, you basically climb up 900-1000 feet of waterfalls for about $60 per person, just did it last June.

I had a ball... boat ride to/from Falls was immense fun...

Bro-in-law has been there LOTS.. so he tipped me off about drugs... Folks sell you the drugs ... and 100 yards later, Jamaican police nab you... charge you exorbitant fines that you pay in cash on the spot.... confiscates the drugs... and returns it back to the seller..

 We were at the Sandles in Negril, which made us neighbors to Hedonisim! I saw more than I had ever hoped to see in this life.

You know what they say at Hedo II; "if you can't party with the big dawgs go to Sandals."

I have heard these same stories over and over about them setting up tourists, but I think they are just to scare people. I have been there a few times and have friends who go a couple times a year and have never heard of this ever really happening. I did not have any problems, but only bought stuff on the resort, but I know some of the people who were at our resort bought stuff in town at the market multiple times.
