Anyone have any experience with IBM/Thinkpads?

I have my IBM Thinkpad, and today, the ThinkVantage Access Connections is getting an error every 2 min.

This is what it looks like:

What is this? How can I fix it because it has all of my profiles to the different places that I have set up?
