Anybody watch the Dale Earnhardt movie?

Perception vs Reality

couple stats that might be interesting.. maybe win you a bar bet...
1) marketing stats show that the avg IQ of a NASCAR fan is 10 points higher than the avg American
2) NASCAR is huge in the Northeast !!! If I remember, its second only to baseball... huge in PA too...
3) THE biggest event at Indy is the Brickyard NASCAR event (in August).. significantly bigger than Indy 500 in May!!!

go figure...

Not a NASCAR fan... but am someone who had lots of marketing involvement with NASCAR...

Saw half of the movie... pretty disappointing...

theres more than one race at the Indy 500? do these people not understand that for free you can go stand on the highway and see the same "exciting action"?

did anyone watch the movie??

not intentionally, i try to avoid anything associated with Nascar at all costs, i would have rather watched some of the wifes "girl tv" (TLC) and got booty points than to have sat through that
