when I was young, I was with my parents Down Under. Tryed some Kangaroo meat in Kangaroo Island and it was very good. Served with mashed potatoes if I remember correctly.

Can't say that I have ever tried kangaroo.

You should talk to Thump though. I know he tries some pretty crazy foods. He was talking recently about some meat he had that was really tender and juicy, I never even heard of the animal before I am pretty sure he said it was called "Galindo" or something like that. I know he really enjoyed it, but I think he ate it too fast or something because he mentioned that by the end it had turned into a "sticky situation"
Maybe he did not have the proper utensils and was just using his hands and mouth.

Please explain.
