Hilliard-Rome is the new Sawmill. Its a trainwreck. I live in Old Hilliard and that drive down through there is painful.

I live right by that Chic Fil A - I usually am good and can avoid traffic due to my route through the neighborhoods & the time of day (usually not home until 7:30ish)
Average Joes is pretty pricey drink wise, food is damn good though.
Hot Head was awesome, Chiptole on steroids and if you like spicy food - check it out..

Haven't been in on Sunday or Monday - usually working Sunday during football and Monday we go to Classics by Tuttle.tsteele316;2070120; said:average joe's beer specials are dirt cheap compared to BW3's ($5 coors light pitchers on Sunday and $1 pounders on mondays). I don't go to Average Joe's or BW's to knock back Caucasians.
edit: the hotheads habanero sauce is fabulous, especially on a spicy steak burrito. however, the aftermath is another story.

They change their specials at Avg Joes all the time though - my buddies ex works there - $1.50 coors weird ass silver bottles last month and we've walked into .40 cent wing night a couple of times.
Mugsy (mugzys?) down the road isn't a bad spot either.. over by Feder & Hilliard Rome
We ought to have a Hilliard BP outing with all these west siders.. no Mike of course. Unless we have it at the Wal Mart that is.![]()
We're in luck! The one by Petsmart has the SubwayWolverineMike;2070247; said:only it it's a Wally World with a McDonalds or Subway![]()

I'm ready for this construction to be over with. I live in the Hilliard-Rome/Roberts Rd area, and there is no good way to get home from I-70 West. If I use the Hilliard-Rome exit, I may or may not be able to get through traffic without a near miss. Taking Trabue, to Walcutt is an option, but traffic around Wal-Mart this time of year is a headache. Taking 270 to Roberts has never been an option, because the Roberts exit is always backed up. I've started taking the SR 142 exit (exit 85) and winding around on Roberts. It's not any faster, but at least it's not as frustrating. I just don't know what kind of roads to expect when it starts to snow.
I don't think that I've used the Wilson Rd exit more than a couple of times since I moved here 4 years ago. I used to live off of Wilson 15 years ago, and it sucked getting to Roberts if there was any amount of traffic. The few times that I've driven on Wilson since then weren't much better, but that could probably be attributed to construction in that area. Is it any better now?CleveBucks;2070416; said:Ever tried 70 to Wilson to Roberts?
Never realized so many of you guys lived over this way.
