Yeah, I know there are those anti-Mike vs. anti-Joel factions out there. Not trying to spur a debate.
It did take some adjusting when Mike took over as host, but, personally, I liked them both.

Just passing this along for what it's worth.

So long as it's Joel and not Mike....when Joel was more involved, the show was better.

I'm not anti-Mike, it's just when Joel stepped back from the project, the show changed and not in a good way.

From what I've read, Joel got screwed--and kind of heartbroken, too. It was his baby to begin with.

I'm not anti-Mike, either. There are some seriously radical types out there that really hate on one or the other. I do recall my daughter & I both thought it was going to take some adjusting to the switch--neither of us were happy to see Joel go, and we were iffy about Mike taking over. But, we learned to love. But, I'll always have a soft spot in my heart for the early shows--discovered them back in the 90's when I was in a very unpleasant situation. I feel like they helped to save a few tattered shards of what sanity I had left back then. Forever grateful.

Last I checked, they'd picked up their 2 mil on Kickstarter, so it's all gravy now to see how many more episodes they can finance by mid-December.
