no,no...I'm not in trouble or anything, although I appreciate your concern.(where's that rolling eyes icon when you need it?) It was just a question regarding how the courts looked at certain laws in light of changing technologies and I didn't want to be overwhelmed by lay opinions prior to hearing what someone in the actual field thought.

And besides, that turkey is a damned liar.
