Anyone here a fan of The Shield on Fx? It has to be one of the best shows on TV. Deep characters, great plots (and twists) and interesting situations.

Any thoughts on the episode the other night and the ending with Lem? Crazy stuff!
 
Lem was my favorite character. I was in shock, but I could tell Shane was going to grease him just by the way he was acting. It sucks since Lem helped bail out Shane last season.

I loved Vic nailing Kavanugh's wife after about 2 minutes of talking.

I was totally shocked by the way the season ended-but I can understand it. Shane and Vic are on a different level than Lem and the other guy on the Strike Team. This season had the best tension build up to the last episode, but the "one episode" crimes were not nearly as interesting as in past years, IMO.

My thoughts exactly. Was almost got personally pissed b/c Lemm was taking all the heat for them, then Chompers greased him.

By far, the best show on TV. One of the few shows that you cannot predict.

why'd they drop him? did he turn or something? or were they just trying to cover their tracks?

There have only been a few times in my life where I have been literally stunned at how a TV show went, and this week's episode was one of them. I never expected one of the team is get offed, let alone by one of his own. Great fucking show...

I had heard that someone was going to die, but I didn't think it would be at the hands of a Strike Team member. Agreed, best fucking show on TV.

So you all know there are 11 more episodes to this season right? They just split the season to acommodate Thief I think. Given the crazy plot twists, it might be interesting to make a vBet on the ultimate outcome. Who knows what might happen?!!

How does Claudette as Capt impact the Strike Team? She has to be aware of some of the shady dealings which have gone down.

BTW, I like the nickname Chompers. I'm going to use that for something okay?
