From slickdeals, a pile a free apps that are popular ones. One of them may even earn you a free $1 mp3 credit.
Note, don't worry about using a referral link for free app purchases. We understandably do not get credit for those :)

But if you do get a free mp3 credit, do use a referral link for that. It is still a purchase, even though you're paying using a gift balance.

This is pretty awesome:

http://blog.forecast.io/post/46290267206/announcing-forecast

We?re extremely excited to announce the launch of Forecast, a new global weather service.

About a year ago, we released a little app for the iPhone and iPad called Dark Sky, attempting to do something new and interesting for weather forecasting, a field we think had become pretty stagnant. Approaching 100k sales, it?s been fairly successful; however, we?ve been continually asked for more: international support, longer-term forecasting, an Android app, and so on.

Rather than cram these things into Dark Sky, we decided to do something grander: create our own full-featured weather service from scratch, complete with 7-day forecasts that cover the whole world, beautiful weather visualizations, and a time machine for exploring the weather in the past and far future. You can access it from all of your devices, whether it be your laptop, iPhone, Android phone, or tablet.

I bought a Note 3 last Friday. And damn, this phone is a beast. I love the big display. Only downside is that it's hard to text/browse while I'm feeling my newborn.
Yay for newborn! Congrats! :)

My Note 2 is still pretty awesome, though I need to reset it to clean off the tons of accumulated stuff I'll never use. I wish all tablets used the S pen; I would like to get a larger tablet, but probably wouldn't use it without the pen.

Does Google Music allow some sort of a feature where you can mix playlists? For example, when I work out at the gym, I want a mix of top 100, rap, classic rock, metal. I don't want to have change playlists to do that. Also don't want to create my own and add songs, because that's what I have an Ipod for already

You can add multiple playlists to a queue and then shuffle the queue. Also they have a music manager that you can download to import all of your itunes playlist. If your playlists contain bought music from itunes you're probably screwed though. But that's going to be a problem regardless of what service you pick.
