Adam Schefter: He was intending to retire tomorrow, but when I broke the story tonight during a preseason game and he was getting booed while fans burned his jersey in the stadium during the third quarter... my bad. Whoops.

And, even with all of this....Colin Kaepernick will STILL not be on a team this year. Ridiculous. Dude took his team to the NFC championship twice, to the Super Bowl, and the dude can't even get a look. How f'd up is the NFL?

Colin Kaepernick sued the NFL for collusion. Every person on this planet (and most notably, Kaepernick himself) knows he is never playing another down in the NFL after the settlement. Time to move on.

I’m surprised that no one is giving Schefter any grief for breaking this early. It was irresponsible to the team and Luck on his part. I hope it destroys his reputation with players and front offices. These guys all think they are the be all end all...
