Anderson Silva vs. Dan Henderson, March 1

I'll take Dan Henderson, this guys fought at Light heavyweight and heavyweight. Now hes fighting someone his own size, looks like trouble for Silva IMO.

I could see Dan winning if he got AS to the ground...but damn there's a hell of a chance his face might catch some of those knees on the way there..

Dan has fought Nogueira, Rampage Jackson, Vitor Belfort, Vanderlea Silva, Gilbert Yvel, Yukie Kondo and hes still never been Ko'ed.

I'll be in attendence at UFC 82 tonight. I can't believe how far Andrei Arlovski, Diego Sanchez & Josh Koscheck have fallen. In the past, these guys headlined events. Their fights tonight are not even scheduled to be shown on the broadcast.

In other news, I just got back from the Arnold Classic. Met Tim Sylvia and Houston Alexander. Both of them seem smaller than their listed size on ufc.com.

Some good points brought up about henderson.I guess I sounded like he would get dominated. Everyone has their weaknesses and DH is definitely a great fighter.

It is hard to believe how hard they have fell definitely...I find it odd that most of the guys I meet don't look much like they do in the ring..Including couture,Liddel...Phil Baroni was tiny when I met him yet looks jacked on tv.
