In the rest of the story, seems only about 17% or so of Americans pass this quiz. So there are one of two things happening here. either
A.) BPers are very knowledgeable compared to the rest of the country , or
B.) Only four of us passed the test (17%) and the other twenty* (83%) that have taken it just didn't want to announce their scores. :!
I believe the real answer is A!

No, but prior to being Chief Justice, he was one of Best Buckeye's 14 elected Presidents. After his stint as CJ, he was governor of New York.
