At first I thought, "Illusion or not, there's no fucking way those squares are the same color". I then saved the image to my computer and opened it with Paint. I then copied the B square, pasted it, and moved the paste copy over the A square, and sure as shit they are indeed the same color.

nope, I tested it as well using light effect changes on my computer, and the squares in the shadow of the block are the opposite colors of the squares that they look like outside of the shadow, so the squares on the edge are duel color.
