Just read Selena Roberts' book "A-Rod" that came out last year. The guy is one of the biggest douchebags on the planet. He's desperately insecure and more concerned with his "image" than anything else by a longshot.

What an assnoodle. He brings a hot blonde actress to sit front and center at the Super Bowl, she slides him some popcorn like she's completely into him, and then...he gets pissed because people saw it for a few seconds? What a fucking toad.
