Yes it was a reverse, intended to end with a half-back pass.

Regardless, it was the most utterly stupid call I have ever seen under those circumstances in a long while. Lost 11 yards, took away favorable field position and put them into 2nd and 21, for which one might read 2nd and impossible.

Dumb call at a critical time in the game. Cost Iowa the chance to win the game in all likelihood.
