Down 17-0 early 3rd qtr, MSU just returned a kickoff for a TD. It was ruled that he stepped out of bounds at the 38. It looked awfully close, and at worst deserved a review from upstairs.
Not reviewing that is a bit suspicious, given their track record in these games so far.
