100% agree. Only argument id make is that ‘05 team didn’t have the benefit of a playoff relative to the ‘14-15 team.

Also some work to do on defense to become competent. Right now we are too dependent on offense.

But if that can happen we’ll see back half of season. The players are certainly there

True, but it’s not a “defense wins championships” game anymore, it’s about points per possession. You’re not winning a national title anymore without an offense that can score 35.

Winning with Tresselball might has well have been 45 years ago as opposed to 15.
