I don't want a running QB. I just want a QB who can run. Not 20 carries/game, but when it's there I want a guy who can take it.

This. 100%. Give me a qb that can extend the play and occasionally rip off some long runs when the pass ain't there. I don't like holding my breath 15 times a game when the QB is tackled by 235 lb linebackers.
