The defense calmed down.

Do we really need to run a bunch of pick plays? We got good receivers, just find an open one.

this team might be the first in a long while they actually blocks on the perimeter ... and they have monsters out wide. that first pass to Jeremiah was a td.

the play action chip can run once teams commit to stopping that would be considerably challenging to stop. but you have to establish the run first... be it a handoff or horizontal pass.

it also might minimize weakness up front on the OL.

Eh 2019 OSU is the only team in recent memory that looked amazing right out of the gate...and even then they had two quarters against FAU where it looked like they forgot how to play football. I was hoping they'd start faster but not surprised they look like poop early on. Happens every year.
