How can I download a picture from an Adobe Flash gallery?

hmmm....I guess it depends on how the particular web site set up the player.
I just did it that way on a different site.

Not for the squeamish.
IF THE FILES ARE IMAGES:
#1) Install a quick image viewer, such as ACDSee. I prefer the older versions from the 2.4 range:

#2) The path to view will be the path to your Web browser's cache. On Firefox, for instance, my path is:
C:\Documents and Settings\[USERNAME]\Local Settings\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\[RANDOM LETTERS AND NUMBERS].default\Cache
On Internet Explorer, my path is:
C:\Documents and Settings\[USERNAME]\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files
Finding the correct path will be the most difficult part, because you may have to unhide hidden system directories. Not for a n00b.
#3) ACDSee will highlight everything that's an image format file. Just scroll down through the list until you find the pic you're looking for, then copy it out of the cache and rename to keep a permanent copy. (See the attachment below).
IF THE GALLERY IS ACTUALLY AN EMBEDDED FLASH .FLV VIDEO:
#1) Look for large data blocks in the browser cache. See the location example above. From that directory, I resort all the cache data by time stamp, and pull out some of the most recent stuff of a large(ish) filesize, presuming that'd be whatever Flash file I recently viewed. Just copy it to the desktop.
#2) Go through and rename the copied files with an .flv extension.
#3) Install a free FLV viewer (Eltima SWF & FLV Player) and start playing through everything you copied to rule out files by process of elimination.
