I've wondered the same thing.

Thought it would be funny if these people would put the house up for sale the minute ABC pulled out of town and take the money and run.

I always wondered what happened when the Assessor came out and adjusted the value of the house. Wouldn't it suck to have this great new house and realize you cannot afford the new taxes on it. Damn government!

my record at QSL is 104 with 8 rolling rocks, but there was $200 on the line and i was sick for 3 days after

I thought I had problems until reading this. I once drank 18 beers and ate 20 hotdogs at dime a dog night. I even ate 39 wings in 12 minutes in 1460 the fan wing bowl qualifaction, but I have nothing on you. My god that is some eating.
