A note to fairweather Buckeye fans...

Not that I advocate booing, but really, what other way is there to voice building displeasure with coaching and play calling in the middle of the game? Why shouldn't someone voice it, just like they would make it known that they think the team is great through cheering? I mean, I don't necessarily condone it, but I can also kind of understand it.

Like I said in the Sparty game thread, can we just not clutter up the threads with all the bitching and moaning about it. People are going to do, like it or not. Shake your head, think that they're jackasses, and move the fuck on. I don't like it, but there's no need to have a bitch-fest about it.

While I get what you're saying, the player reactions after the game demonstrate clearly they don't receive it the same way. It just isn't appropriate if it impacts all of them. They're getting the message outside of the stadium, they've been answering a ton of questions about it in the press and I'm sure influential people are asking the same questions we are.

Just wanted to let you know that I witnessed 2 of Wisconsin's finest fairweather fans at the night game on 10/29. When Miller ran in the option from 40 yards out and 4 minutes to go, they decided it was time to go. Maybe they didn't watch the game the week before. But I would have given it at least one more offensive drive before I would have considered leaving as a Wisky fan. Oh well was better for them anyway as we all know now what happened. Go Bucks.

Ehh, yeah, looking back, it's probably good they didn't stay. They got to have their hearts ripped out in their car instead of in front of 100,000 people.

But if they stayed it could have been like a scene from Indiana Jones 2 and that would have been cool.

I saw a handful of fair-weather buckeye fans at the Wisconsin game. A woman sitting in front of me wore a buckeye jacket and a notre dame headband . Also a guy was there with his girlfriend, he wouldn't cheer and she acted like she had a stick up her ass. Finally at the end, the guy started getting somewhat loud and clapping. I was the only one around that I heard screaming the whole time.
