The 'XXX' Desert pepper hananero is excellent stuff. It's very hot but has a really good flavor, which is a rare combination. I wouldn't recommend putting it in your eye, though.

I usually just go with mustard on dogs. I like to mix 'XXX' into the other hot salsa I get by the case, which is more jalapeno based.
