It was sad that Ohio State lost every game that was ever played in Florida during the 90's and even the last two in 2001 and 2002 to South Carolina. John Cooper had so much talent with all those great players. The great thing about Tressel is that he made sure Cooper had an office in the WHAC along with Earle Bruce as well, during the renovation this year. That to me is a grate tribute.I guess we can never forget Cooper, but always hoped the best for him after he was let go. And here he is still with our buckeyes. It has to make him still feel that he is part of this great University and its Tradition.

If I was Tress I'd make sure Coop was always around and I'd show vintage 1990's game film on the jumbotron every chance I got.

If he ever has a couple of bad years and some morons start the "JT on the hot seat" bullshit, you just have Hot Tub Johhny walk into an alumni gathering or two and that will be that.

Coop is a living, breathing insurance policy/contract extender for Tress(not that he currently needs it but a nice thing to have for a rainy season or two).

I watched it again last night. Realized that Play action on third and long wasn't going to work after they tried it the first time. Our OC, however, did not realize that. Also noticed that the southern speed of Alabama had a lot of difficulty with Joey Galloway. Especially in the first half.

I know it always seems they only play games tOSU loses on Classic. It always pisses me off, then I remember the same theme that pops up in this thread. Cooper. We lost most every Bowl game and tsun game during the 90's. We have to go back before that to get tOSU victorys. Bring on the Archie and Jack Tatum and Spillman games!

Southern speed still has difficulty with Joey Galloway, and Joey's 35, with a full, gray beard, and a long history of injuries.
