Eh, I need individual event records...specifically long distance throw. Clowns on BN recruiting forum claiming that Chris Smith threw 60 yds on one knee...I know Randall Cunningham held the record with an 82 or 84 yd throw, but I can't find it.

are you looking for longest throw or longest on 1 knee?

as of 1997:

NFL QB Challenge
Packer quarterback Brett Favre will take part in the eighth annual NFL Quarterback Challenge at Disney World in Orlando, Fla., on Saturday. The show is being taped by NBC, which will televise the event at 1 p.m. on Saturday, July 26.
Other participants who will join Favre include Drew Bledsoe (New England), Neil O'Donnell (New York Jets), Jim Harbaugh (Indianapolis), Troy Aikman (Dallas), Steve Young (San Francisco), Jeff Blake (Cincinnati), Kerry Collins (Carolina), Mark Brunell (Jacksonville), Jeff George (Oakland), Gus Frerotte (Washington) and Vinny Testaverde (Baltimore).

Last year, Favre won the distance throw by tossing a 76-yarder, a record for the event.

Another tidbit-

http://starbulletin.com/2000/02/11/news/story4.html

Plummer wins again

The overall winner of the NFL Quarterback Challenge, for the second year in a row, was Arizona Cardinals quarterback Jake Plummer, who collected $65,000 of the $125,000 in prize money.

Plummer set up a charitable foundation with last year's Quarterback Challenge winnings and NFL officials said his earnings this year probably would go to the same charity.

Plummer won only one of the four events involving throwing ability and agility, but was close enough in the other three to be the overall winner.
One of the events, the toss-it-as-far-as-you-possibly-can Distance Throw, went to Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Donovan McNabb, who fired a perfect spiral 76 yards.
