Well said, Jag. This team certainly turned around under Holtmann, but I'm hoping he can take them even farther. Great year, Bucks. Proud of you.Pretty appropriate ending all in all. A team with limitations, intermittent brains, streaky shooting, and gallons of heart fought to the end and ultimately got beat by some obnoxious opponent shotmaking. I'll assume that KBD is gone, but for our sake, and possibly his, I'd love to see him come back, improve his handle and aggressiveness, get us back in the Dance, and get himself into the bottom of the lottery.
Edit: Oh, and pick up his Masters while he's at it.
One more note. Looking at how this team lost games this season, especially on defense, if I could have had one past Buckeye added to this team, it would have been Aaron Craft.
You have to expect them to answer with a run of their own. The Bucks just didn't have the depth to keep up. I really would've like to have seen how the game played out if the Bucks had started strong. When we had the lead at 58-54 after that swing I thought we for sure had them buried. Sucks. I'm not even sure if I can watch the rest of the tournament.
