We could also agree to simply shake up everything after 1 or 2 years. That way it would give everyone a chance to beat me like the red headed stepchild of a rented mule.

Yeah that's an option too :lol: not something we have to decide right now but we can decide when we start switching teams

We can pick any of those teams and move them into the right conferences. I was just tossing out the idea of using those existing teams if we wanted to keep it more realistic.

Moving forward, any promotions will get your new program moved back to one of the 3 user conferences.
