Forgive me for the ignorance, but what makes OS rosters better than pastapadre. Do they tweak the ratings more and/or go in and make the players more representative?

Yup. They tweak the players, equipment, ratings, etc on top of naming them

That was definitely one of the teams I was thinking about. Good pick, and one of the big pluses is you are in a pipeline state with lots of talent.

Not sure if anyone will know much about this. Anyway, in dynasty you can create recruits. How many can you create? Is there an import ability for this? It would make recruiting this year really interesting, but I am guessing this is a very limited thing.
