I think we need to making passing slightly easier and running slightly tougher. As a guy who feels much more comfortable passing the ball, sometimes I feel like I'm trying to fit a square peg into a round hole with this game. At the very least make both aspects equally difficult so you can dictate your own style of offense and not have the sliders dictate it for you.

This...and a restart and I'm game! I mean, me running 250+yards a game with a mid 80's RB is comical. If I can average 125-150 with the RB I'm game.

I have had the opposite experience with the Run and Shoot at SMU. I had less than 10 yards rushing on 15+ attempts against Nebraska. They were kicking my ass off the line. At the same time I lit them up through the air for 400 yards (give or take).

Different strokes for different folks, I don't think we need to make adjustments just because people focus on one or the other.

I would LOVE to finish this season... Just to see how it plays out. We can see where everyone ends up with a recruiting class, we can play out to see if we need to adjust sliders etc...

Slider wise, I am having a rough time passing right now, and if we tone the running game, I am proper F%$#ed.... I don't think the running is over the top in that I am running so much BECAUSE of my inability to pass. It still took me 33 carries to get my 200 yard game against Mizzou (6 ypc with a good RB) . Now, if I was getting 200 on 10 carries...

Once the patch is out and this season is done, that is when I vote to restart. Also, I am out of town from the 17th thru the 31st, (crossing my fingers that I can get online with my 360 in my hotel.) If we restart while I am on travel, maybe JWins could shuffle my schedule to give me early byes... Oh, and playing UGA AND CAL to start my season sucks...

We'll finish out this season on these sliders, then look at changing those as well as evaluating how far out the patch is (and whether it will address the progression bug, or whether that's slated for the next patch).


A week after dropping out of the Heisman top-5, Case Keenum vaulted up to #1 heading into his trip to Oklahoma, where he threw for 261 yds 4 tds 0 int (not counting the game ending hail mary that was intercepted). RB Beal had a big day on the ground as well, but it was the defense that was the star of the day, holding OU to 14 pts, 3 or 4 three-n-outs, forcing 4 turnovers & 5 sacks.

Final score: 50-14

After I have figured this team out, I kind of agree. I was smoking VT, they did get 14 in comeback mode, but I ended up putting a couple more scores up in the end. But I think it is a fine line.

Well itll be pointless to do anything with sliders right now until after the patch since EA is fixing some gameplay problems (Defense running better WR routes etc). So I'd say once the patch comes out mid month, that's when we tweak the sliders.

So this sucks...first game, I went in to score with like 2:30 left in the 4th quarter to take the lead. Game froze. 2nd game. I lost on a 40 yrd FG missed it wide right, in which my kicker can barely kick that far. I don't care that I lost, but what is fucking stupid is every damn pass play the defense blows through my lineman like they're 4'6" midgets. Absolutely stupid. I really hope EA fixes this shit because all this crap is ridiculous. I'm glad we're restarting.

I seem to have that problem too, and not just in this dynasty...

I was playing a regular offline game as Okie St playing FIU, and they were constantly getting pressure, couldnt do any long passes cause I dont have any time, its absurd, if they cpu blitzes, they are getting through 90% of the time, but when I blitz, i get through about 30% of the time
