No one can accept your invites (or mine) into this OD.

Step 1: Retire this dynasty (gomer, you need to do this, you can do it from the OD load screen)

Step 2: I'll re-host the OD from my week 1 file and send out invites

if that does not work

Step 3: I'll close the above and re-host a new OD based on my preseason save file backed up ona flash drive

if that does not work

Step 4: Recreate teams using teambuilder

I'm creating the new OD now, hop on and the invites should be there in about 2 min.

edit: looks like UCF, USM, SMU, UK & IU are already in (this is pretty typical for re-hosting different ODs).

This re-hosted OD shows my week 1 progress (I used up half of my time and have the HB verballed). It likely will not have saved progress for others.

This also means that if there was a bug built into the week, this one might still have it, since it is up to date.

No. The only thing that should be in jeopardy is the coaching record, but the school prestige is independent of the users switching (maybe stability changes though).

This is re-using the save file from the middle of week 1 (and I think it was saved after the glitch popped up). All of the existing recruits, prestige ratings, etc are the same.

I also have a save file from the preseason, before the glitch surfaced.

If neither of those work, we can go in and re-do the teams in team builder. The prestige ratings and players will stay the same, we will lose the coaching history though.

i'm in, didn't bother to check coaching records, but since i updated my team on the first page I know what mine is :biggrin:


so I guess we should go ahead and replay our wk1 games and recruit, then see what happens after we advance??

Right, we should be good though since you guys can access it again. I believe we wiped out the previous issue.

The reason it stored my recruiting is because it was saved on my machine. When I advance, it downloads all of the game and recruiting info from the server, runs the advancement locally on my machine, then re-uploads it to the server for everyone to use.
