Tale of 2 halves... my freshman QB threw for 100 yds and 2 tds in the 1st qtr. D had some picks. Up 24-7 at half. INT at the 1, next play FB dive, safety. It was downhill after that. Some great defensive plays forced a couple INTs, and my team couldn't stop Maryland. The young QB was rattled, and couldn't hit anyone, including a wide open (dumb play to go for it) 4-10. Ended up with 4 picks, good game by Gomer.

Now time for the nights activities. Go Bucks! [censored] Arkansas!

Great game.... I was so frustrated in the first half.

Purdue knocked my starting (and always injured) HB out for the game on my first play on offense when he was tackled for a 3 yard loss on a toss sweep.

Then, just before going up 24-7, Redben sent me a message that simply said "luck" referring to his kicking my Mark May all over the field.

The second half, somehow, just flipped... I had a couple good bounces after getting a safety when Ben intercepted me on the 1.... That made it 24-9 and the Terps scored 24 in the 3rd quarter. I am still shaking my head in disbelief.

I seriously thought I was going to be 0-2 up until I pulled within a TD in the 3rd.

OH, and your QB is insanely fast. Good lord he can run.

I'll play my game when i get home tonight from work. I'll play at about 530-545. Sorry for the delay but the game last night took away the possibility if getting it in.

Just beat Da U 38-26...some fun facts from sources close to Coach Mac:

1. First game since Coach Mac took over the Redhawks, that the team committed NO (0) (zero) (cero) (zilch) (nil) turnovers in a game.

2. First game that Coach Mac can remember having 100+ yards rushing in a single game.

3. First game that Coach Mac and the Redhawks have had a 100yrd+ rusher. (So what it was my QB, and it doesn't show 100+ in the stats. Those 5 sacks took at least 30+ yrds of rushing away)



IT'S A RECORD DAY!!! And we're only in Year 3, Week 2. :yow1::slappy:

Merih got in late this evening with some bad weather and is crashing after a long trip. Jthorp and merih are playing tomorrow. I will advance us when I get back at about 8.
