Probably Johnson...he was the only 5 star back that had Myrtle Beach #1.
Hopefully, he's not my #1 guy.
I call dibs on the #1 HB...
If he's the guy I'm thinking of, he's outrageous.

87 ovr 93 spd 87 btk as a frosh.

Nebraska made a recruiting mistake...the #11 WR in the country (6'5", 194 lbs, 4.34) had them as the only user team on their list. After not offering and not showing interest however, Hoover and App State have jumped into the conversation.

I envision Mr. Zac Moss as the next Calvin Johnson, as he has the size, speed, and already has a B in Spectacular Catch.

Very slow start for App State in recruiting. (despite my best start record wise since before the Bayside days.) I think my string of 5 straight #1 classes is in jeopardy.

I said it from the beginning, If i end up with Cohen I'm happy. And hopefully i'll be able to steal a guy away from Archbold, Miami, and Atlanta.

Do you guys think it's better in recruiting to save your visits until later in the year or use them earlier in the year? I had this discussion with osustamm today and he likes to wait until they're about to commit but I like to get them in ASAP, get the lead and hang on for dear life. Any opinions? I think both ways work equally well but I can see how getting a commitment on a later visit could save time.

I usually shoot for a week 5-7 game against a good conference foe, assuming there aren't any rivalry games before that. Sometimes I clean up (I landed 5 **** & 3-4 ***** in week 4 in my other dynasty), other times I end up with 1-2 kids and have to sweat out the rest. A few years back in this dynasty I ended up missing on a lot of kids. Usually it's somewhere in the middle of those two extremes.

I'd rather give it my best shot and come up just short (lead for 3-5 weeks then lose to a later visit elsewhere) then not have a chance to have them visit.

I usually just see who Fothdog is going after and go harder after the same guys just to screw him over... Auck Farshbold!

(thanks for giving me archbold as a rival!)
