FLA yeah, UNC they havent been as consistent as they are made out to be...They didnt play well at all in the first half of the game against Dook the other day and lost to NC St. in their last game b4 the Dook game...

I think what it comes down to is both of these schools being young and UF being experienced...The thing is a team like UF could become complacent later in the season since they have been there done that, while UNC and tOSU will be fighting to really win in March b/c they havent experienced that yet...

I mainly was refering to the tourny and the way they will play in there, along with every other team that gets in. More and more teams from lower echelons come ready to play and win. Last year alot of them got to the sweet 16 even. These teams will be hungry and we better be ready and hungry.

I'm not happy as I could be with a "win". I want to see improvement in the team play. Part of the fun for me this year is being able to see improvement from game to game . That in itself is exciting.

I agree, and I think we've seen that this year. Consistency is the key down the stretch..

No. 3 Buckeyes Set To Host Purdue At High Noon

It will be basketball at high noon when Ohio State hosts Purdue on Saturday. The Buckeyes pulled away from the Boilermakers in the second half en route to a 78-60 win in West Lafayette on Jan. 31. Ohio State will look to stay in at least a tie for first-place in the Big Ten with a win. In today's game preview, you'll hear from OSU head coach Thad Matta, freshman center Greg Oden and freshman point guard Mike Conley Jr.

"I give credit to the teams we are playing now because they are not going to let us set up and run our offense and do what we want on defense. Purdue has had our attention since a year ago when they showed can play great basketball. The last game (Jan. 31) was much closer than the score showed because we made a nice run at the end. This is year six away from high school for (David) Teague and he obviously has size and can shoot the basketball. He's shown a number of times that he can come in and light things up."
