Team is just not mentally capable of being elite. They can't get any kind of substantial lead because they completely lose focus and come unglued once they do

Do we teach our RBs to just put their head down in short yardage? Among the many blocking problems (TEs), I count way too many times since last year where guys just run into the back of a pile.
