If Tressel had Smith on one of his Ohio State rosters, would he have changed his offense to feed him the football?
Perhaps it’s revisionist history, but all I can remember of Tressel’s offenses is a Power-run scheme and punts. Lots and lots of punts. Smith would have been head and shoulders above Tressel’s Ohio State pass catchers,
