2025 scUM Shenanigans, Arguments, etc.

Didn't one of their people give testimonial evidence to the NCAA that he said something to the effect of "We were told to walk up to the line and then go past it" in the recruiting violation matter? Fucker has no juice when it comes to discussing integrity.
I saw that yesterday, I believe, as well. It didn’t name who it was, but it did confirm a former staffer.

Ono is a supremely conniving little weaselly cunt of a man, but I just don't see how he can survive this. This is next level shit, and it's about to hit the discovery and deposition phase. And this time, the little jock sniffer can't run out of court at the last minute.

This is quickly approaching something that they have to consider writing a check big enough for this to all go away prior to the discovery we all would love to see.

First two plaintiffs of what is estimated to be a minimum of a couple of thousand… and the potential for this to be rolled to class-action status? Their board has to be asking how much to make it all go away?

Another application of why I think it actually serves the Universities to legally separate themselves from their professional sports teams.

While they are both under one roof, how do have big money coming into the sports program via NIL and going out the door at the University because the school got it's ass sued off due to liability incurred because of the football team?

University gets back to it's mission of education and research, it still makes a ton of money toward that end by licensing deals with the legal entity that is the professional sports team using the schools brand. Professional sports entity does what professional sports entities do.

It's business 101 for a reason. It would stop the contagion from a football scandal spilling into the functioning of the University in a case like this.

NCAA sent TCUN a new NOI. BS reported.

via 11W:

J.B. 44 MINUTES AGO
Nothing truly different from BS if anyone missed/is missing the show - it’s still going, but based on them (but really PD here)… there is at least an NOI being sent to UM regarding Wiess
… they did say that PSU is the second team that’s been rumored to have raised a concern regarding UM accessing their systems - not MSU… though that’s interesting I sort of get the impression that if all of this is true that we are going to learn way more schools were impacted both inside and outside the B1G… I just don’t see it being limited to just two schools if it did happen

For fairness and clarity, Ken and I collaborated on this development. We broke here this morning that a 2nd B1G school has reported a video access breach to the conference. I had lots of information supporting my conclusion that it was PSU but couldn't get it flatly confirmed for my liking. Ken and I hooked up and they were able to satisfactorily confirmed and reportable.
We're all brothers in a quest for the truth.

Easy, close the University and donate the endowment to Bernard Rubble.

We still haven’t seen the Stallions NOI. With the associated lawsuits, I assume they’ll bury this infraction document in a deep hole.

Can’t fathom the penalties - three strikes and you’re out?
NOI is the "Notice of Inquiry" - formal notice from the NCAA that they are beginning an investigation.

NOA = "Notice of Allegations," a final investigative report and charginf document.

Fortunately, we have the chance to get to know both in the coming weeks.

From Detroit News:

Warrants reveal what was seized from ex-UM coach Weiss' home, office

Law enforcement seized a trove of phones, computers and hard drives in early 2023, taken from the home and office of a former University of Michigan assistant football coach accused of hacking into thousands of college athletes' personal accounts, according to documents obtained Wednesday by The Detroit News.

Between Jan. 10 and Feb. 2, 2023, Magistrate Tamara Garwood from the 15th District Court in Ann Arbor signed at least 14 search warrants, giving investigators permission to seize items from the home and office of Matt Weiss, as well as the quarterback and tight end meeting rooms at Schembechler Hall and the campus Administrative Services Building, according to copies of the warrants...

Few things piss me off more than cheating. From an ethical, morality, and meritocratic standpoint, it goes with everything in life. School work, employment, sports, marriage, etc. Cheating goes hand in hand with laziness and cowardice. Not disciplined enough to study? Cheat. Want to get ahead in the corporate world? Cheat. Suck dick at sports? Cheat. Bored of your wife and family? You get the idea. Eventually it will all catch up to you.

The irony here is they’re running the most prolific beta cuck network I’ve ever seen. For years they watched from the corner of the bedroom, hoping and praying they would get their chance, only to be denied. Then they started juicing and popping pills, became a monster out of nowhere, but all the while getting pimply faced and losing their balls in the process. Guess what, they’re still a sack of shit beta cucks, and I pray watching from the corner will be a pipe dream when it’s all said and done.
