I'd say there's very good odds that Underwood doesn't finish his career at scUM. Give him a year or two in that ancient offense with no WRs who are even average and he will bail to the highest bidder elsewhere.

BS is reporting that UM has expressed willingness to accept a '25 postseason ban as part of an agreement. I heard something similar late Tuesday, but also heard that they had soft pitched self-imposing a '25 postseason ban prior to the COI hearing as a display of good faith. I couldn't second source either one but there are indications that UM has come back to the table, and they might be ready to accept more than just Boob Salsa's "significant fine" and "a little blood." There should be another development pending as the first case to be resolved moves towards disclosure.

Reading the room of those I talk to it's difficult to imagine both parties agreeing on a settlement, unless UM does a 180 and signs off on the framework just to get it over with. The NCAA system of accountability is built upon self policing and collaboration. UM is too far down the road for good faith now.
