I’m going to refer to him as Wardes Manuels from now on. He’s big enough to be plural.

If anyone wanted to keep him, they're even more stupid than I already thought they were. It's easy to come to that conclusion but if things went down as said and outside pressure (parents) also came in, I don't think they woulda been able to keep the lid on it, I think it's pretty clear they didn't want to fire Sherrone (well some donors/regents obviously did) they were more than happy with keeping this all on the down low and letting things just continue as is, but their hand was forced in the end.
Adultery is a felony in the state up north. (MCL 750.30)I don’t see the ‘massive difference’ between being a philanderer and an adulterer as being relevant to his firing. His being married made him an adulterer in addition to a philanderer, but it didn’t relate to his being fired. Having sex with a subordinate, whether married or not, is what got him fired.
Even though the reality is that the ‘zero tolerance‘ came into play when it was in sync with their desired outcome.
You’re right it shouldn’t be hard to just stay out of trouble.Well the good news is that Michigan has a chance to start fresh and really separate themselves from the Harbaugh era. A lot of fans did not like Moore as a coach and he honestly wasn’t qualified for the job. But a lot of the admin needs to be removed and Wards needs to be canned. Only positive he has been involved with is Dusty May.
Just get a coach that isn’t a joke and runs a good program. If Michigan is lucky enough to land DeBoer or Dillingham, then I’m all for it. It’s a top job, but I can see coaches hesitant to clean up a shit show.
I personally don’t care about wins or losses. Honestly my interest in college football has been wavering for the last 3-4 years. It’s embarrassing what this program has become. A school I grew up less than 45 mins from and had a chance to return later in my adult life to get a masters degree from. Just run a good program and stay out of trouble. It really shouldn’t be that fucking hard.
What the fuck is wrong with you? Why are you giving those assholes up north decent advice?Well the good news is that Michigan has a chance to start fresh and really separate themselves from the Harbaugh era. Punishable by/from hard time. Prepositions matterAdultery is a felony in the state up north. (MCL 750.30)
True, but it’s almost never enforced, and the law also has this in the next section:Adultery is a felony in the state up north. (MCL 750.30)
I realize this. But someone back there in the comments mentioned that he hadn't committed any crimes before the home invasion.True, but it’s almost never enforced, and the law also has this in the next section:
As far as I know, his wife has not filed a complaint (yet). He wasn’t fired because of adultery.
- MCL 750.31 (Prosecution of adultery): "No prosecution for adultery shall be commenced except on the complaint of the husband or wife, nor after the expiration of one year from the time of the commission of the offense".
