I think they don't wanted to have Sayin throwing off platform. Sayin basically has all these videos of him throwing off platform but when we see them in the game his velocity really goes down with them.

One thing I've noticed is Sayin has been getting much better at stepping into his throws and putting good velocity on them as the season has gone on.

Like Sayin was suppose to be this off platform wizard and throwing all these beautiful layered balls. Our receivers didn't need that, they were waiting on balls.

There must be something about how he throws on the move that the coaching staff doesn't want to see.

Miami did what teams do when they win. They won the turnover battle, they didn’t make mistakes, and they won the LOS.

Add special teams to the list. Miami played a clean game, we had a missed FG, lost 20 yards on one of the most inexplicable formation penalties I've ever heard of in crunch time. You can even add the hidden yards of Peoples returning kicks for some reason and taking it out for some reason and making it to the 17.

QB competition next year should be unbiased and legit. If TSC looks better he should get it. As far as I see it, it’s open competition.

Biggest portal targets need to be OL, DL and a fucking kicker…Fielding is absolutely horrible! I’m sure he’s a decent kid but he has no future in football as a kicker. Many people have said it but I will say it again…how can a school like tOSU not go and get a good kicker in the portal that can hit a 50 yarder???

Punting game was weak this year, that’s another portal search I’d be interested in.

Disappointing end to the season but it is what it is, the better team won. Games are won in the trenches on both sides of the ball and special teams plays a huge role when you have a tight game. Day needs to realize this and emphasize this in the offseason. Until he commits to this i will never be sold on him. I thought he turned a corner last year but now we’re back in the same old bullshit.

Not to mention we need a new OC, I thought maybe the offense was holding back but I think tonight just showed it’s JJ and open up the run game in the 2nd half…the run game in the 2nd half isn’t the best when you’re trailing by 2 scores.

It’s a young team we have guys who can ball out but the o line/dline and a god damn kicker are my wants for the off season.

They portaled a kicker then we never saw him. We have a 6'5 puter who can apparently punt 70 yards but we only saw him punt like twice all year.

That's really all I have to say about it. Boat race them with our talent and break their will. If you leave good teams in it and play as slow as we did on offense, mistakes are magnified. You get down and it puts a lot of pressure on the guys to change the game plan, aka desperation mode. It was going to bite us eventually and this was the game.
