*2024 tCun Shenanigans, Arguments, Cobras, Feckless Marmots, Fake Pandas, Dirty Cheaters

I know it won't happen but here is the ultimate wish list for me:

All games in the 2021, 2022 and 2023 seasons up to the firing of Stallions are forfeited to the opposing team.
All games after Stallions was fired are vacated.
The CFP committee vacates the CFP result and declares the title as vacant.
50% reduction of scholarships for 3 full years starting with the 2025 recruiting class.
Reduction of on-campus visits for 3 full recruiting years.
Reduction of off-campus visits by all coaches for 3 full recruiting years.
Total postseason ban, including all bowls, conference titles games (not that they'd get there).
Immediate transfer eligibility after the penalties are levied against the program for every player on the current roster.
Show cause penalties for ALL coaches on the 2021, 2022 or 2023 coaching staffs.
Lifetime show-cause penalty for Jim Harbaugh.
10 year show-cause for Sherrone Moore and Jesse Minter and Steve Clinkscale.
5 year show-cause penalties for the rest of the coaching staff during those seasons.
Significant fine on the athletic department.

If we get even half of that levied on TCUN(t), it'll be very very surprising.

"pattern of noncompliance"

Sounds like lack of institutional control by another name.

"...Stalions had impermissibly scouted at least 13 future Michigan opponents on at least 58 occasions between 2021 and 2023. He directed others to scout some opponents multiple times -- including one team that they scouted seven different times in 2022, according to the draft."

Gee, wonder who that could have been.

"The draft states that in October 2023, he removed hard drives from the Michigan football offices and also gave a football player a sheet containing playcalling signals of a future opponent."

Wait...but we were assured that Stalions was acting alone and that the other coaches had no idea. You mean that wasn't true?

My favorite part. I sure hope there is some recourse to punish those rats who left the ship.

Former Michigan staff members Jim Harbaugh, Chris Partridge, Denard Robinson and Stalions are also accused of committing Level 1 violations, the most serious category in the NCAA's enforcement process. The school also faces a Level 1 violation charge, according to the draft, due to its "pattern of noncompliance within the football program" and institutional efforts to hinder or thwart the NCAA's investigation.

The “pattern of non compliance” leads me to believe this is going to be far worse than they think. After reading this there’s no way they keep the wins and there’s no way they aren’t banned for a year or three.

Bring on the penalties!!!

The NCAA's draft obtained by ESPN states that investigators used ticket information, film, photographs and interviews to determined that Stalions had impermissibly scouted at least 13 future Michigan opponents on at least 58 occasions between 2021 and 2023. He directed others to scout some opponents multiple times -- including one team that they scouted seven different times in 2022, according to the draft.

I wonder what team they scouted 7 different times 2022......

I’ve been thinking… what this cheating did was allowed them to get their program off the mat in 2021. I honestly don’t think it stole them many games.

However the 1 game they absolutely stole without a doubt was our 2022 game. Think of all them big plays guys. They literally burned us every single time we sent pressure.

The cheating wasn’t really needed most of the time but that 7+ games they had on us really really left a mark on that game. It saved them from being down 4 touchdowns at the half and it allowed them to put the game away late.
