Whether next year’s Big XII should be a ’power conference’ is debatable.
no they aren't. the current rankings will be used in 10 weeks to decide who deserves playoff spots. they should be meaningless.....but they're not.
Maybe, initially. It all works itself out in the end no matter the hand wringing that goes on when the playoff ratings come out. Win and you’re in.
