Anyone remember a guy named Mike Mamula?

I do.

My favorite part of the Mamula story is that the Eagles traded the 12th, 46th, and 63rd picks to Tampa Bay to move up from 12 to 7. Tampa then traded the 46 & 63 they received from Philly to Dallas for the 28th pick. The Eagles got their guy, Mike Mamula, who had a unspectacular 6-year career and appeared in 77 total NFL games. The Cowboys used the 46th pick on Sherman Williams and the 63rd on Shane Hannah. The Williams pick was criticized by Aikman since Williams could never be more than a backup to Emmitt, and Hannah never appeared in an NFL game.

Tampa Bay used the 12th pick on Warren Sapp and the 28th pick on Derrick Brooks.
