2022 NCAA Tournament, Brackets and games

It seems a lot of the surprise runs in this tournament these days come from senior-laden squads with a bunch of guys who have played together for years. That cohesion can be an advantage against one and dones and transfers, assuming the talent disparity isn't huge.
another thing is that many one and dones don't really care about winning, they're just worried about their own numbers and the coming pay day, they go to college almost against their will

Yep, put those guys against a bunch of 4-5 year guys playing for team success and it makes a difference.

At my former job my boss was also a high school football coach that had a few 5 star recruits go through his program. He told me that these guys only go to college because they have to and only care about their draft status. I can't say that I blame them though, most college athletes, to be honest, shouldn't be anywhere near a college campus.
