The thing that struck me about the games yesterday is that there were/are a lot of not good teams in the S16 this year. Luck and timing play such a big part in who advances. Cuse hasn't been good all season, kind of sucks that they even got to the S16.

I think March Madness is great for casual fans but for someone who follows college basketball, yeah, it's fun, but it's also kind of brutally unpleasant because of how irrelevant it renders the regular season that we spent months watching.

Edit: Irrelevant from a national perception aspect. Still enjoy watching the games and remembering the good wins, of course.

Oregon St shot 38% which is actually pretty good against a solid Loyola team, while Arkansas had the good sense to only attempt 9 and attack the basket.
