2021 NCAA Tournament, Brackets and games

So, LSU's offense is basically wild drives to the rim and chuck it up hoping it falls?

They have three very good, athletic players but seemingly no offensive design. Is this what they've done all year? Of so, what is Wade paid for, exactly?
Having watched them, yes this is it. Pretty much roll the ball out and let his 5 play.

I guess they pay him to pay the players vs doing it directly from the athletic budget?

So of course the only Big Ten team that will make the sweet 16 is going to be Michigan.

E!SPN did an article ranking the 68 coaches based on their playing careers. Will Wade was #68 having never played even high school ball (not even JV). More likely he picked up his coaching “skills” (paying players) at Clemson than anything else.

Wade is the lone coach in this tournament who never played high school basketball — he played golf and was a four-year student manager at Franklin Road Academy in Nashville. Wade's entry into collegiate coaching would come at his alma mater of Clemson, where he was a student manager under Oliver Purnell before being hired as a graduate assistant for the Tigers.

One really really great thing about this tournament setup- all the games start on time because they stagger the games at the 4-6 locations with plenty of space to avoid an overlap.

(also done to clear out fans and sanitize these venues. In past years where you buy a “session” for multiple games in a day, this year’s tickets are all individual games only)

I hate the 9:45 PM ET start time for the Kansas / USC game I get up at 5:45 AM ET for work.

11 PM ET is about my limit I stretch it to 11:30 PM ET when I have to but tonight it be Midnight ET at the earliest. It's amazing how much difference 45 mins to an hour of sleep can make.

During football season I can't go to bed before Midnight ET almost every night because I am an idiot and I am in 113 leagues all the work to do and it's rough.

Well, yeah. I could have lived with a little more front-loaded action today and yesterday but at least the tip didn’t get delayed to a 10:24 tip time.
